Assessment information – year group key performance indicators (KPIs)

In addition to testing, at GLPNS, we assess the progress and attainment of our pupils in reading, writing and maths, against key performance indicators for each year group. These KPIs are based on the National Curriculum and allow us to check that our pupils are making good or better progress against the programmes of study for each year group. Year 6 assesses pupils against KPI’s for writing. At the end of the year in maths and reading they will complete SAT’s papers.
